A pioneer in ecodesign and life cycle assessment, BIO offers a range of services to decision makers in private and public sectors to aid effective policy making.
BIO’s team, with about 50 professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, analyses challenging problems from different angles and offers innovative solutions. BIO's multi-disciplinary personnel include social and natural scientists, engineers, financial advisors, policy analysts, product designers, communication managers, and marketing and strategy experts. This team has an international outlook with consultants from Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA.
Further, BIO has a wide network of experts on ecodesign and related issues such as environmental impacts and energy efficiency. This international network includes both product and policy experts. BIO also has well established contacts with relevant stakeholders (research institutions, national and regional governments, industry, consumer associations, environmental NGOs, etc.).
